Why mills use PaperOS
Everything the mill office tracks — without ten Google Sheets
Simple screens your supervisors can fill in two minutes, and clear numbers for the owner every morning.
Orders & dispatch
Pending balance for every order, dispatch with vehicle and invoice, and an order-to-dispatch tracker so nothing gets stuck.
Store & purchase
Stock in / out ledger with reorder alerts, GRN that updates stock, and purchase from indent to payment.
Finished reels
Reel register with BF, shade, GSM, size and weight. See stock in hand and compare it with production every day.
Team & tasks
Owner, manager, operator and viewer roles. Daily, weekly and monthly tasks with an on-time score for every person.
Works on weak internet
Entries are saved on the phone even without signal and sync on their own when the network comes back.
One master panel
Every register your mill keeps
Open any of them from the Master panel — each with its own entry form, list, totals and Excel export.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is my mill's data safe and private?
Each company's data is kept separately and only the people you invite can see it. Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) in Mumbai, with access rules checked on every read and write.
Can my staff use it on their phones?
Yes. It runs in any smartphone browser. Tap "Add to home screen" and PaperOS opens like an app, with a menu at the bottom.
What if the internet is weak at the mill?
Entries are saved on the phone first and sync automatically when the connection is back, so the shop floor never waits.
We already use Google Sheets. Can we move our data?
Yes. Every module has a CSV template — paste your sheet columns, save as CSV and import. We are happy to help you with the first import.
What happens after the free trial?
Your data stays safe. The app becomes read-only until a plan is active, and nothing is deleted. Message us on WhatsApp to continue.
Do you give training and support?
Yes — on WhatsApp and phone, in Hindi and English. We help you set up lists, invite your team and start the first entries.
