Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (or your company) and Trivesh Industries Pvt Ltd, Indore, Madhya Pradesh ("we", "us"), the maker of PaperOS. They apply when you use PaperOS at paperos.in. By creating an account or using PaperOS, you agree to them. If you use PaperOS for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
1. The service
PaperOS is online software for paper mill operations — production, orders and dispatch, reel register, store, purchase, import material, maintenance, visitors, complaints and tasks. We may improve, add or change features over time.
2. Accounts and team
- The person who creates a company is its Owner. The owner can invite team members and give them a role (Manager, Operator or Viewer).
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for removing people who should no longer have access.
- Give correct information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
3. Free trial
- A new company gets a free trial of 15 days with all modules. No card or payment is needed to start.
- One free trial is allowed per sign-in account. We may refuse or end trials that are being misused.
- When the trial ends, your data stays safe but becomes read-only until a paid plan is active.
4. Plans, licence and payment
- Paid plans give a licence for a period (for example one month or one year) and a maximum number of users. Plan details and prices are shared with you before payment.
- Payment is made in advance by UPI or bank transfer. Your licence is extended when we receive the payment. Plans do not renew automatically.
- If a licence ends or is not paid, the company becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Writing is restored as soon as the licence is renewed.
- Payments made for a licence period are generally not refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will try to resolve it fairly.
- Prices may change in future; any change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.
5. Your data
- All business data your company enters belongs to your company. We do not claim ownership of it.
- You can export your data at any time as CSV from Settings → Import / export data.
- We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the correctness of the data your team enters and for having the right to enter it.
6. Fair use
Do not use PaperOS to break the law, to try to access another company's data, to attack or overload the service, to copy or resell the software, or to upload harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do so.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep PaperOS available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. Entries made without internet are saved on the device and sync when the connection returns. Support is given on WhatsApp, phone and email during reasonable business hours.
8. Limitation of liability
PaperOS is a record-keeping and reporting tool; business decisions remain yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or production, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Suspension and closing an account
You may stop using PaperOS at any time and ask us to delete your company's data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after informing the owner where possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, inform company owners. Continuing to use PaperOS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
